This class is directed toward understanding the “Self”. Yoga props are used to accommodate stiffness, pain or injury. The mind is actively engaged in making corrections to the postures so that the body learns to work more efficiently. The practice will blend strength and stretch, effort and ease, movement and stillness.
This class links yoga poses to create fluid movement. The student to adjust to a healthy alignment and mental awareness. Learn how to access the rhythm of your breath and heartbeat in a slow, thoughtful flow intended to build strength. Learn how to move between poses, relax your body, and clear your mind.
This a gentle yoga class is designed to restore equanimity with deep stretches, meditation exercises, and simple breathing techniques. You will hold poses longer and develop the skills you need to maintain healthy posture, fuller breath, and a calm mind.
Power Yoga is a vigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing, and sweating! This class focuses on engaging your core strength and building your endurance. Power Yoga strengthens and balances the body and mind. Must be able to correctly perform a jump-back and demonstrate good alignment in basic yoga poses.
This class is inspired by the intense, full-body training of military boot camps. It incorporates high and low movements, plyometrics, TRX, dynamic stretching, interval training, weights, and more. Perfect for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level!
This high energy, aerobic workout is based on the fundamentals of boxing skills. This class is suitable for all levels.

Guided Bike & Hike
Oat Hill Mine Trail located near downtown Calistoga, follows 8.3 miles of an old stage couch route between Calistoga and the western end of Aetna Springs Road in Pope Valley over an elevation change of 1500 feet. The trail can be divided with the halfway point at the base of the Palisades.

*A 20% gratuity will be added to all private classes.

Open Monday and Thursday 9am – 5pm; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 9am – 6pm.
Closed Tuesday & Wednesday.
Treatment times are based on availability.
Cancellation and Change Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your Spa Treatments and 48 hours notice for Wellness Classes to avoid a fee of the full cost of your service to the credit card we have on file.
The use of cell phones, laptops, and other electronic devices is permitted in the spa. However, we invite you to practice some digital detox and encourage you to leave your devices in your locker.
