Yoga
Date: Sundays at 9am

Description: A refreshing class for all levels. This yoga class focuses on alignment, breath work, and coordination. Participants will explore different asanas (poses) with plenty of options for everyone.

International Dance Day Zumba Celebration

Description: Summer Solstice marks a time for celebration, gratitude, and reflection.Â
Celebrate the light within and the light around with a yoga practice devoted to the sun. Join us as we flow together in an energizing movement and meditation practice honoring balance, harmony and the flow of life, beginning the season with ritual, intention and joy!

Treatment times are based on availability.
Cancellation and Change Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your Spa Treatments and 48 hours notice for Wellness Classes to avoid a fee of the full cost of your service to the credit card we have on file.
Spa Environment
The use of cell phones, laptops, and other electronic devices is permitted in the spa. However, we invite you to practice some digital detox and encourage you to leave your devices in your locker. We welcome guests ages 16+.Â
Gift Cards
Our gift cards can be purchased in person or online. They can be used for a spa treatment, a hotel stay or a meal at Fleetwood.
