Satiate - Model Bakery

A Napa Valley institution for 90 years, Model Bakery is the place to present your wine-soaked self for the perfect cuppa and light breakfast. Their baguettes hold court here, but we recommend the English muffins. So rich and buttery, they don’t need anything else.

Tip: Model Bakery is also open for lunch, so enjoy one of their signature breads as part of a midday sandwich.

Sweat - Oat Hill Mine Trail

Right next to the hotel is the trailhead for the 8.3-mile-long Oat Hill Mine Trail. Work off last night’s 3-hour dinner with a vigorous morning hike that boasts stunning views of the Napa Valley floor.

Tip: Want to picnic on the trail? You bring the food and wine, and we’ll send you off with one of our special backpack carriers.

Savor - Clif Family Winery

Clif Family Winery in St. Helena is the perfect place to linger on a summer day in Napa Valley. Besides having one of the friendliest hospitality teams in the area, the combination of small production wines, chocolates and other seasonal edibles will make it difficult to leave.

Tip: Each Wednesday from 4:30-7:30 pm, Clif Family Winery’s Bruschetteria food truck presents Street Food Napa Valley, a celebration of global culinary traditions.

Sip - Sam's Social Club

Right next to the hotel is one of Calistoga’s liveliest happy hours, courtesy of Sam’s Social Club. A perfect first stop on your way into town, Sam’s offers a variety of seasonal cocktails along with anything else you need to loosen up for the evening’s frivolities.

Tip: Bacon-wrapped stuffed dates. Is there a better evening first bite?

Surrender - Lovina Restaurant

Owner Jennifer Bennett is no stranger to the Bay Area dining scene. She also owns and operates the San Francisco classic restaurant Zazie. Her take on wine country fare is as warm and inviting as it is hearty. With dishes such as duck confit and kale salad and wild mushroom risotto, you’ll feel the love in Lovina.

Tip: Try the Cioppino! The classic San Francisco dish takes on a unique wine country twist.
